Inglis, a specialty healthcare provider who supports people with disabilities along a continuum of care including independent accessible housing, long-term care, community support and adapted technology, accelerates their adoption of Mozzaz for virtual care across several programs due to the pandemic. Inglis is one of the largest service providers for individuals with disabilities in the greater Philadelphia area, serving more than 1000 people with disabilities every day.

Inglis selected Mozzaz as their digital health platform for several programs including Journeys Certified Peer Support, Connections Day Program, Resident Services Coordination, Inglis Employment Services, Community Computing Program & Tech Lab, and Care Management.

“The adaptability of the Mozzaz platform allowed us to design, implement, and refine new digital and virtual care experiences with our program participants and care teams. Partnering with Mozzaz, we are able to focus on accessibility – which is essential for the individuals we support,” explained Dyann Roth, President and CEO of Inglis.

“Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we were able to accelerate the roll-out of Mozzaz’s platform for HIPAA-compliant virtual visits for our Journeys Program. We can now have virtual, “face-to-face” certified peer specialist services for residents of Inglis House, our long-term care community, as well as in the broader community, during a time when many people with disabilities are experiencing devastating social isolation. Our ability to enhance our engagement with the people we serve has been enhanced in this time of crisis because of Mozzaz,” Roth said.

The versatility in the Mozzaz platform provides organizations, like Inglis, with adaptable digital tools that may be tailored to each program while allowing staff and individuals to be participants in personalized care. The solution includes self-check-ins, clinical assessments, real time alerts for staff, integrated secure messaging, video chat support, accessible user interfaces, and virtual assistant support. The solution is supported with an analytics dashboard covering enterprise-level reporting at the organization and individual program level for data insights.

“Individuals with disabilities are a vulnerable population for COVID-19. The work Inglis does is very important in helping these individuals stay safe and supported,” explained Rini Gahir, Mozzaz CEO. “The Mozzaz mission is to bring digital health to complex care programs and services, and Inglis is a perfect reflection of this mission.”
