Mozzaz Launches New Service Line “Mozzaz Care On Demand” Expanding Offerings to Include 24/7 Nurse Triaging
December 14, 2020 | Philadelphia, PA - Mozzaz announces their new service line: Mozzaz Care on Demand (also referred to here as Care on Demand). This offering, in partnership with Fonemed, has been established to provide virtual care clients with additional “people” support. As clinician burn out becomes an increasingly pertinent issue during the pandemic, Care on Demand is equipped with specially trained and licensed registered nurses that can evaluate patient symptoms, offer medical advice, conduct extensive behavioral health assessments, and document encounters in secure systems to manage protected health information.

This new service will include support lines for:
Nurse Advice: Specially trained and licensed registered nurses that evaluate patient symptoms and offer medical advice, all monitored and managed through the Mozzaz platform.
Behavioral Health: Counselling for patients coping with mental illness and behavioral health issues, designed through the Mozzaz platform to virtually support individuals, including those transitioning back into their community post-hospitalization.
Remote Patient Monitoring: Real-time remote monitoring of medical devices in homes or care facilities to assure prompt assessment and intervention of alerts.
